Carbs: Oatmeal, yams, brown rice, sweet potatoes, 100% whole wheat bread, 100% whole wheat pasta, beans, cream of rice cereal
Vegetables: Broccoli, asparagus, spinach, salad greens, zuchhini, tomatoes cucumbers, mushrooms, onions
Protein: Egg whites, whey protein, chicken breast, salmon, turkey breast, top round steak, flank steak, trout, bison. I encourage you to eat grass fed beef.
