2/3 c frozen strawberries. 1 banana. 1/2 cup cubed honeydew melon. 4 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt. 3/4 c 1% milk. 2 tsp vanilla whey powder. 3 ice cubes crushed.
Place all ingredients in blender and whip smooth. Makes 2 servings. 199 calories.
