. Blu will be promoting peaceful solutions very soon. Being honest is the only way to be successful in any industry. Blu will continue to say " we are in the midst of growing pains" and we continue to work for the next 6 weeks on curing those growing pains. We aren't interested in the shortcuts.
Any business is a process and we have resolved that you are never going to get things right all the time. There are going to be moments when you slip, just as there will be moments when you make real progress. The key is to accept the process. I believe the reason most people fail to reach the finish line is because they confuse a setback with a failure. A setback isn't a dead end: a setback is just a learning curve on the journey to success.
