The piece of equipment I can't part with... My Cuisinart 10-Cup Grind & Brew

For fun:
Myspace.com
One thing I do daily for my business... I'm a blogaholic, I blog nearly every day!! I think its a great way for clients to see what I'm up to and what kinds of images I'm getting all the
time. Its become an unexpectedly great marketing tool as well since the search engines find me through my blog all the time!
What I charge for an 8x10... $35
3 things you'll find on my desk... A photograph of Olive, a superfine Sharpie, a cup of black coffee
Something you must have in every business.... a genuine love for what you do. I can't tell you how fortunate I feel every day to have that!
Something I always have with me during a photo shoot... My 85 1.8
If I could have someone shoot a portrait of me if would be... my good friend, Robert Evans. Or my 6 year old niece, Penelope. She wants to be a photographer like me and tells me so all the time.
A challenge I face in my company...I feel so super lucky to have my sister, Joy, as my partner. But she lives in San Francisco and I live in Los Angeles and trying to bridge the 400 mile gap in my studio has been a challenge. All I can say is thank goodness for iChat, Pictage, and mobile-to-mobile!
If not a photographer I would have been... a movie director. Oh wait, you mean in real life? I actually used to be the personal assistant to a movie star before I started my photography career, so I suppose I would be doing something like that! I LOVED the world-wide travel
we got to do, but what a crazy job that was.
Jules favorite image of recent!
What do you think happens to you when you die.... I plan on catching up on a lot of sleep.
What's your drink... Cosmopolitan, preferably with Cointreau® orange liqueur
Something always in my purse... some sort of hair bobble - usually a clippy or band. I'm never satisfied
with my hair and will change it 15 times a day.
What I ate for breakfast.. Coffee.
Something I must have for Spring... According to hipcandy.blogspot.com, apparently fucshia is the new "must have" lip color for Spring. Apparently I "must have" fallen asleep and woken up back in 1985.
I'm annoyed by... People who shout at bad drivers while I'm in the passenger seat. Don't they
realize the only one who can hear them is ME?
Something I love to indulge in... I sleep in as often as possible.
Shower or bath... Bath - check out lush.com - YUM!
A favorite beauty product of mine... I absolutely adore my perfume... Its called "Sugar" and its made by Fresh. I don't know if that qualifies as a beauty product, but it certainly makes me feel beautiful (And it makes my boyfriend a little crazy, which is a nice plus.)
If I needed therapy it would be for... Do you want the short list or do you have time for the long list?
I'm happiest when... I'm snuggling with Olive (my dog) and Abigail (my cat). I also love Game Night.
If they made a movie about my life, it would be..."Jules CameraHands" with the part of Jules Bianchi played by Janeane Garofalo and Olive playing herself because she really SHOULD be a movie star
she's so stinking cute.
