Snowing in Colorado

Due to the snow situation in Colorado (14-18 inches is expected to fall in the foothills), BluDomain sent some team members home who live in the mountains this afternoon. When they arrived to their homes they discovered they had no power.

Expect delays today if you had an interface due in your INBOX today or an interface ready to launch. Right now two of our programmers have no power which means no work. Schools are closing!

. very sad news at Blu today - our fish "Chaya" has passed away. She was a few months short of 3 years- old. Yes a "beta fish" but she had personality and was loved.

. Don't buy it! I'm a big fan of Mr. Kevin Trudeau but I was sorely disappointed in his new book "The Weight Loss Cure."  While it has a lot of useful information, it is not practical for the average person. So save your money and I will give you some excerpts from his book.

. drink one large glass of water immediately upon arising, and one- half to one gallon throughout the day. Spring water is the best. Stay away from tap water.

. walk for one hour per day. Walk outside.

. take 2 teaspoons of extra virgin raw cocount oil per day. Stimulates metabolism, improves digestion and helps release fat cells.

. eat two organic apples a day. Apples cleanse your live, gallbladder and colon.

. eat two organic grapefruits a day. Enzymes in grapefruit are proven to release fat.

. okay I purposely didn't write the blog on Saturday because I felt that I needed to perform a "drill"  I need to make sure you are ready in the future when I actually do forget to post. hehe
