Good news bludomain5.com emails are back up and the server is running optimally. Thank you for being so patient and for the photographer who wishes to remain anonymous for sending our team pizza & soda.  We all are in need of some good sleep tonight.

Old News

Well today the whole team is hiding under a rock.  What is a true fact is that BluDomain wouldn't feel stressed out if they didn't care.  Upgrading servers is always stressful, frustrating and out of our control.  BluDomain 5 is in the final phases of restoration and emails may be down for the next few hours while they move that hardware over (I'm not technical but I did hear something about hardware)

From the past we have learned that clients like to be notified 12-24 hours in advance with anything that pertains to the server.  Clients like to have this news on our BLOG.  And clients want to talk to someone via phone during the crisis.  We have met all these concerns.  Poor Harald has not slept yet we may have to let him have a nap.

We really do appreciate those of you who are so patient and sweet.
