I had cabin fever tonight and I'm feeling much better so I went down to open for Molly Hatchett. Yes I sing and have been in a few bands here and there. If you remember Molly Hatchett they were big in the 70's. It was quite the experience! Tonight I actually did a favor for a friend of mine. He needed me to sing.

Who's That Girl???
My name- Priscilla B. Varner
My hometown- Uh, uh...my dad was in the Navy...so I guess my family is from Daytona Beach, Florida...me?...still trying to figure that one out.
My style- Classic with a little funk tossed in to throw everyone off.
If not a photographer I would have been a... professional race car driver it runs in the family. Although, California Highway Patrol is not keen on
my fantastic driving skills.
My strength in my profession is...my great customer service!!
My weakness in my profession is... wanting to give everything away because I want the people to have the images...bad for business...great for customer service.
A vendor you should know about...my new favorite... Instaproofs.com. I was
directed to them from a member of the OSP forum. They, much like Blu, have
great customer service and a wonderfully attentive staff. Customer Service
is SO important. It can truly make or break a business.
Something that is overrated in my industry... EGOS.
3 things I bring with me on every shoot... kleenex, snacks for the kids if they start to get cranky during the session and uh...my camera.
Where I get my inspiration from...my beautiful children. The husband's not bad either.
At 2 P.M everyday you can usually find me... with my nose in my computer checking in on the OSP forum and calling my clients all while I'm dusting and picking up after my kids. Yes...I have eight arms.
Something I'm still learning... Photoshop
One thing I can't part with... my microsoft wireless mouse, only because it is permenantly attached to my hand. I almost freaked out on a poor salesman at Best Buy because he said they didn't have any more. Good thing for him...he found a display with hundreds of them. [Cue singing angels.]
3 things you'll find in my purse... two half leaking bottles of apple juice, a few stray gold fish crackers and my phone...although I'm still looking for that.
Something that bores me... people that complain too much.
Something on my Christmas list... a gift card to B and H
Something you'll always find in my refrigerator...milk and apple juice
The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning...tell the kids to go back to sleep. I just went to bed for the love.
One thing I am going to do this winter... concentrate on building my business and networking...oh...and get my NASCAR driver's license.
My snack at the movies...Large Coke please.
My best feature...My stange yet crazy sense of humor. Yes...that means I'm not cute. :)
