BluDomain may not be getting all of our emails to [email protected] or [email protected] due to our server move yesterday. Please for the next few days email [email protected] if you're not hearing from us. Or call 720.535.5648. Thank you for your year of patience (hehe)
BluDomain is definitely not getting emails. (Please remember this has nothing to do with any other clients) Thank you to all the clients out there who are engineers in the server world and are helping us with solutions. I can't wait until I never have to say that word again!
My name - Deb Schwedhelm
My hometown - I'm originally from Detroit. I joined the Air Force at 24 (for 10 years) and married a Navy guy at 33 so for the past 13 years I've been all over. We currently live in San Diego.
My style - Simple, different and sometimes edgy
If not a photographer I would have been a... nurse. Well, I was a practicing RN for 10 years until I became a stay at home mom and photographer.
Something I wished I had known then that I know now... how much I'd love being a photographer. I wouldn't have spent 7 years getting a Bachelors and Masters in Nursing.
My strength in my profession is... that I'm driven and I'm 100% dedicated. I'm a perfectionist too but sometimes that's not a strength.
My weakness in my profession is... the business side of things. That's my 2007 New Years Resolution...get the business side organized.
A vendor you should know about...EZ Photo Sales.
Something that is overrated in my industry... reflectors.
3 things I bring with me on every shoot... my 6 million dollar home, my cell phone and a scrunchy.
Where I get my inspiration from... photographers that are edgy and willing to take a risk.
At 2 PM everyday, you can usually find me... depends on the day (at home b/c the little ones are napping or speech therapy with my oldest)
Something I'm still learning... how to better market and manage the business side of things.
One thing I can't part with... the support of my husband.
Deb's favorite image of recent
3 things you'll find in my purse... what purse? Oh my backpack...lipstick, cell phone and diapers.
Something that bores me... drama.
Something on my Christmas list...a 5D. Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. Lensbaby.
Something you'll always find in my refrigerator...milk! (white milk for my oldest and chocolate milk for the little ones.)
The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning...get my coffee. Coffee, coffee and more coffee.
One thing I am going to do this winter...visit family.
My snack at the movies...buttered popcorn and soda.
My best feature...oooh. Hmmmm. My butt? Just kidding. I DON'T KNOW! Maybe my eyes.
