Another Good Daily Menu Plan! I have so many friends who are obsessed with their health.
Morning: 1 piece of fruit. I 45 calorie piece of bread. 1 1oz stick of cheese. 1 yogurt
Morning Snack: An energy bar (Luna Bar, Balance Bar etc..) and a piece of fruit
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwich (always on 45 calorie bread) or 6 oz of turkey or chicken. Fruit. 3 triscuits and a salad.
Mid-Afternoon Snack: 1/2 bagel and 15 almonds
Dinner: Healthy Choice Frozen Dinner or some kind of Healthy Frozen Dinner, salad and 1/2 cup of brown rice or 1 whole low-fat graham cracker
Night Snack- an energy bar
